Expansion of Columbia Asia Hospital Klang

This project involves the expansion of an existing private hospital facility for Columbia Asia Sdn Bhd, located on Lot 85003 and Lot 100396, Jalan Mahkota 1/Ku2, Mutiara Bukit Raja 2, Mukim Kapar, Klang, Selangor. The development will transform the current 2-story hospital with a mechanical level and an underground parking floor into a significantly larger facility. The expansion includes the construction of a new 7-story hospital block featuring advanced operation theaters, an additional 113 beds, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) spaces on the basement and 7th floors. Additionally, a dedicated single-story kitchen area and a 7-story parking structure will be built. Comprehensive earthwork and piling works will be conducted to support the new construction. This enhancement aims to significantly increase the hospital’s capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring improved healthcare services for the surrounding community.
